We do not disclose your information to third parties.We may contact you from time to time to tell you about special offers, new products or other news related to Totalefit.

SAFE SHOPPING
We use SECPAY for our credit card processing. SECPAY are approved by many of the major high street banks. Card processing takes place using a minimum 40 bit encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL). We do not use cookies on the site.

DELIVERY/CHARGES
We aim to deliver your order within 7 days of you placing your order.
Delivery charges vary according to the value of your order as follows:

  • For orders up to £20 Post and packing is £2
  • For orders between £20 and £50 post and packing is £5
  • For orders over £50 delivery is FREE
We cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

A receipt will also be sent to you.

If items are out of stock, despatch may be delayed. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone of any delay. Totalefit will not be liable for any loss incurred by you for late delivery, and any goods received and/or signed for will be deemed as delivered. Goods lost or stolen in transit are not the responsibility of Totalefit.

Please note that at present we are only able to deliver within the UK. If you are outside the UK and are interested in Totalefit , please let us know by sending an e-mail to Enquiries@Totalefit.co.uk

RETURNS POLICY
Goods ordered erroneously will not be refunded.
Any foodstuffs, (e.g. protein powders, bars, carbohydrates etc) are not eligible for our refund policy unless under special circumstances. All are sealed at time of manufacture and are checked again at time of despatch. If a refund is possible the returns must have unbroken seals. Goods opened or damaged in transit are not the responsibilty of Totalefit, and no refund will be applicable.

Please send the goods to us via a delivery method that requires a signature on delivery, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.

We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights are not affected).

By Post
Print off our order form and send it with your cheque. Please make cheques payable to Total-e-fit Ltd. Send your order form and payment to Total-e-fit Ltd, 133, Ashford Road, Laleham, Staines, Middlesex, TW18 1RS. Please allow extra time for delivery, as we have to wait for your cheque to clear before we can send your goods. Please do not send bank notes or coins.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and JCB via our website. You can also send us a cheque through the post. Cheques should be made payable to Total-e-fit Ltd.
