Below you will find a selection of preset programmes. The programmes are grouped into 3 main section depending on what your overall fitness goals are:
Shaping and Toning - These routines are excellent for keeping your body in shape withouts building excess bulk or definition.
Cardiovascular (CV) - These routines are excellent for increasing general fitness as well as helping in a weight loss programme.
Building Programmes - as well as a traditional "bodybuilder" routine you will find a "shaper" routine.

Building and Shaping Routines

The following examples of programs for specific bodyparts are based mainly on a free weight training schedule.
Shaper Programmes
The emphasis of the shaper programs is that of a more moderate weight where a higher number of repetitions can be performed as the exercises are designed to be performed with a lighter weight with the emphasis on muscular contraction rather than all out weight load.
Builder Programmes
The emphasis of the builder programs is that of heavy weights for a less number of repetitions, but never go lower than the suggested amount as there will be no advantage.
